Cooking Matters at the Store Tour Training Tuesday, October 20 10:00 am – 12:00 pm OR 4:00 am – 6:00 pm Lowcountry Food Bank,Community Room 1 2864 Azalea Drive, Charleston, SC 29405

Our interactive store tours provide families with the skills they need to stretch their food budget as well as resources to prepare healthy meals and a $10 gift card to practice their new skills.  This training will teach volunteers how to lead an engaging 90 minute tour teaching key shopping skills:

• finding whole grains • buying fruits and vegetables on a budget •

•comparing unit prices • reading food labels •
